Homeless Outreach & Homeless Veterans Program

Homeless Outreach

Mercy Foundation has always made efforts to assist the homeless in our community. We provide food and clothing, hand sanitizer, and face masks. Working together with Kissimmee Police Department and Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Mercy Foundation provides cold weather clothing to the homeless population each year.

Homeless Veterans Program

With nearly 40,000 Veterans having no shelter on any given night in the United States, Mercy Foundation is here to address the need within our community.

We are currently in the process of launching our new initiative to help the homeless veteran population in Osceola County. We are working with local and state elected officials to bring internet access to the homeless veterans so they may be able to reach out and get the support they need.

We are offering rides to important appointments, housing assistance, and assistance with VA benefits, all to help homeless veterans in need.
